Late Arrivals:

Any student arriving late to school (after the 9.00am bell) will need to report to the office and be signed in. Students will then be issued with a late pass which is then given to the teacher. Any student/parent who arrives at the classroom without a pass will be redirected to the office.

Permission To Leave The School Grounds/Early Release from Class:

Children will not be permitted to leave the school grounds during the school day without parental permission. If children are to be collected during the school day, parents must report to the office to sign out students. Parents then will be given a colour coded card which is to be given to the classroom teacher before release of the student. Teachers will not release students without a card.

Student Absences:

In the event of a child being absent from school for any reason, parental explanation is necessary. If you know in advance that your child is going to be absent for a period of time, early advice to your child’s teacher would be appreciated. Upon return to school, a note should be sent to the teacher.
